Return & Refund Policy

At CLRTY, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. If you need to request a return or refund, please review the following policy carefully.

1. Return Request Window

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

After this period, return requests may no longer be eligible for approval.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team and provide:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product if applicable

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used nutritional supplements or consumable products.

3. Return Authorization

Once your request is received, our team will review the case and notify you if the return is approved.

If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Once the return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note that CLRTY cannot control how long it takes for the funds to appear in your account, as this depends on your financial institution.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong product was sent

  • There is a verified product defect

If the return is requested for reasons not related to a CLRTY error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing the case, CLRTY may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund when applicable

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used protein or supplement products

  • Products showing signs of use or tampering

  • Items returned without authorization

  • Items marked as final sale or promotional clearance items

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process outlined in this policy.

9. Subscription Orders

For products purchased through Subscribe & Save, customers are responsible for managing or canceling their subscription before the next billing cycle.

Orders that have already been processed as part of a subscription cannot be canceled once shipped and will be subject to this return policy.

10. Policy Enforcement

CLRTY reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
